BUYERS
Create a marketplace where buyers pool their buying power together to purchase large quantities. These sellers would normally not be accessible if buyers were to purchase individually due to high minimum purchases and large investment capital.
Buyer purchases small quantities at prices he would only be offered to buy large quantities (buys 100 pieces at price of 1000 pieces).

SELLERS
Create a marketplace where sellers can liquidate large amounts of stock and products fast. Allow sellers to reach a new clientele of small businesses. Sellers receive same price as if he were to sell to 1 buyer through his own contact or 10 SplitBuyers.
